Nevada Business Market recovery 2012

According to Cushman & Wakefield 2011 Office Market report, Nevada is starting to show signs of a stabilizing market and an optimistic economic outlook. Year-to-date direct net absorption is in the positive for the first time since 2008. Building sales are growing while lease rates remain low. This maybe a good sign for new entrepreneurs who are planning to start new business operations or Commercial property investments in Nevada. There has not be a better time to invest in Nevada Market.

No matter how small your business is, It's imperative to think about Insurance coverage. Adversity for a small business can come in many ways: a fire could destroy your inventory, a power outage could cause your stock to spoil or a customer or client could accidentally be injured while visiting your store or business. Accidents occur all the time, and by their nature, they cannot be predicted. In order to better guard against them turning into a case where a huge monetary loss results, Commercial insurance can offer protection for these unforeseen events. If you would like to receive competitive quote on Business and Personal Insurance in California & Nevada, call First Knight Insurance at 818-762-7600. We can give you a free professional consulattion and find the best insurance coverage to satisfy your needs.

Good News! Amnesty Program for Traffic Tickets

Amnesty Program for Traffic Tickets

Starting January 1st through June 30th, 2012, drivers who have old unpaid traffic tickets might be able to catch a break. Certain unpaid traffic tickets are eligible for a 50 percent discount – if you clear the debt during this 6 month amnesty period.

The program includes all adult and juvenile vehicle code and non vehicle code infractions. Other traffic tickets due to be paid before January 1, 2009 could qualify too, but you will have to check with the court in the county where you got the ticket.

There are exclusions: no parking tickets, no DUIs, no reckless driving are eligible for the discount.*

If other fees and assessments were added to your original fine, those will also be discounted 50 percent. The total amount you owe can be cut in half. You will have to pay if off in one lump sum, but you may be able to use a credit card. Cash and checks usually work, too. For details, and to check eligibility for your overdue court-ordered debt, contact the court where you got your violation after January 1, 2012. More Info here.
